Essex Bike Club: ON Powersports debuts the OZY 30x electric dirt bike with power and purpose
Essex Bike Club covers the UK launch of the OZY 30x, a new electric enduro dirt bike from Australian startup ON Powersports. With its combination of power, sustainability, and advanced tech, the OZY 30x is geared toward both eco-conscious adventurers and performance-driven riders.
At its core is a 32 kW motor (approx. 42.3 bhp) delivering 707 Nm (521 lb-ft) of torque, paired with a 4.4 kWh battery that enables up to 3 hours of trail riding or 1 hour on motocross tracks. A full charge takes just 1.5 to 2 hours, making it a quick-turnaround solution for off-road enthusiasts.
Two versions are available: the Standard (with G-ForceX components) and the Factory Edition (equipped with KYB suspension, Nissin brakes, D.I.D chain, Excel rims, Pirelli tires, and Renthal handlebars). Both weigh 120 kg and feature six ride modes, a touchscreen dash, and three color options with bold yellow accents.
Priced at AUD $10,999 (£5,263) for the Standard and AUD $13,999 (£6,700) for the Factory, both models include a two-year warranty. Future variants, including motocross, rally, and supermoto editions, are already in the works.
