Heise: OZY 30x brings silent performance to the Outback with ON Powersports’ electric enduro
heise Autos presents the OZY 30x as a bold entry into the electric motorcycle market by ON Powersports, a young startup from Perth, Australia. Aimed at off-road enthusiasts, the OZY 30x promises the full capabilities of a 250cc four-stroke enduro with none of the noise or emissions.
Weighing 120 kg, the bike delivers 32 kW of power and a massive 707 Nm of torque at 12,500 rpm. Its 4.4 kWh battery provides between 1 and 3 hours of runtime, depending on terrain and riding style, with recharge times ranging from 1.5 to 2 hours. Riders can select from six riding modes, and no gear shifting is required — the bike reaches speeds of up to 110 km/h.
The OZY 30x comes in two versions:
- Standard Edition with components from G-ForceX and Yuanxing
- Factory Edition with KYB suspension, Nissin brakes, Renthal handlebars, Excel rims, and Pirelli tires
Both versions include smartphone-based starting and cockpit functions. With a 940 mm seat height and 350 mm ground clearance, the OZY 30x is trail-ready. Pricing in Europe starts at €8,399 for the Standard and €10,399 for the Factory.
